Ramdom question about WSU's schedule

Anyone know how or why they have a 13 game schedule? I thought teams could only play 12. Did everybody in the NCAA agree they weren't going to a bowl this year and let them play another game?

They play at Hawaii

The NCAA has some rule about teams playing at Hawaii getting an extra game, probably because it’s hard for Hawaii to get people to travel there.
