The 12 Days of Duckmas: Day 10
In keeping with the Holiday Season, I would like to present a series called "The 12 Days of Duckmas", counting down 12 of the best moments from Oregon Duck Athletics in 2008. This isn't meant to be a comprehensive list by any means and is certainly not in order of importance. If anything is left out, the 13th day will be for finishing up the leftovers, taking back the unwanted gifts and spending those giftcards.
Now remember to sing along now...
On the 10th day of Duckmas, LaGarrette Blount gave to me...
another reason why Eugene is Track Town USA!
Boise St. vs Oregon - LaGarrette Blount TD (via madmike1951)
After the spring game performance BFT gave us, we knew he was going to be something special. I don't think any of us realized just how awesome he was going to be until this play against Boise State. Even at the beginning of the year when Oregon was still trying to find itself a quarterback, Lagarrette Blount established himself as a huge weapon for the Ducks. Even better, he will be coming back for his senior season and only plans to get better. |

It'll either be the Civil War
or 0-12…which would make sense. 1 loss for UW for each day of Duckmas

holy cow
Did anyone get a chance to read the “Behind Enemy Lines” article in the gameday section of the ODE, the wednesday before the civil war? It is absolutely fabulous, with some barometer idiot just talking mad shit in our own paper. One sentence contains the phrase
I could begin discussing the defense, but by the time they are done with you on Saturday, a reminder just wouldn’t be right….
I wish he had written a follow-up on monday.
