The 12 Days of Duckmas: Day 2
In keeping with the Holiday Season, I would like to present a series called "The 12 Days of Duckmas", counting down 12 of the best moments from Oregon Duck Athletics in 2008. This isn't meant to be a comprehensive list by any means and is certainly not in order of importance. If anything is left out, the 13th day will be for finishing up the leftovers, taking back the unwanted gifts and spending those giftcards.
Now remember to sing along now...
On the 2nd day of Duckmas, UO Cross Country gave to me...
back to back National Championships! via www.ncaachampionmagazine.org Back to back National Championships for the University of Oregon. It never gets old. What a year for the UO Cross Country as the men captured their second straight National Championship. The women also placed 2nd in the nation behind Washington. |

Haha… I logged on this morning specifically because I had a lot to drink last night, and i was going to check if I said anything incriminatingly awesome.

The coolest feature of my beard is that it’s red. I mean, really red. And I’ve totally got brown hair.
The lady loves it.

I had a dream once that I grew a beard and it came out red
And I was moved to tears because it meant I was part ginger :’(
My facial hair, as it is now, is very brown. Was yours always red?

If it doesn’t, don’t be afraid to cut it off, and keep it trim. When you can get a reasonable 5 O’Clock shadow going, you’ll get a killer beard.
I think my goal right now is to get a beard like Nico’s. He’s got a sweet beard.

Rangers
I have always been a baseball fan, but didn’t have a favorite team when I was younger. In 1989 I decided to follow the Rangers since my favorite player at the time (Nolan Ryan) played for them. The Mariners were too far away and I just did not have a connection to them.

Interesting.
I became a Mariners fan because they were the closest, and I was not aware of other teams when I was maybe 6. I think my first favorite player was Bret Boone (ship sailed long ago.)

You wouldn't have a beard
If I didn’t grow mine first. Nico follows my lead in nearly all things – all the way down to my text message alert, the exception being getting engaged.
Good job nico, one vigina for the rest of your life, way to think that through.
