UW is totally and completely worthless

What a worthless program and university. I hate it more everyday.

I have no problem with bonds or whatever to help pay, but stadium expansions should not be put on the backs of taxpayers. If they can't pay for it, they shouldn't have it.

You know, I clicked on this link just because of the headline!

Yeah, we’re all not real happy about this, but most WSU fans aren’t totally up in arms about it — I think the general consensus is that there is no possible way they’re getting this money. But it does make for fun news when WSU is beating UW at everything on the field and then tweaking them in every possible way off it.

It's just a further example of how UW views itself...

They are going to be 0-12, and their athletic program is falling apart, and all the many rich alumni they have can’t put together a decent stadium. They want it to be done for them by everyone else in the state of Washington.

They basically just expect everything to get handed to them on a silver platter.

I hope they never hire a coach.

and things will go down like the Sonics. Taxpayers refuse to fund a new stadium, UW packs up and moves to Oklahoma.

They should go coachless and let fans vote via text message (a la American Idol, etc.) for play calls on game day. A fancy purple version of C3PO could act as the physical coach and deliver the plays in a lame english robot accent.

The Huskies do suck and they’re going to have to dig so deep into the trash heap of has-beens, never-wases and never-gonna-bes to find someone to wear a visor and a vest, hold a clipboard and talk into microphones after they lose football games.

Jerks.
