Attention Chicago Ducks
Rocks is similar in size and layout to Witt's. It is on a side street, so the parking situation is a nice improvement from Witt's. Rocks has a great selection of beers and liquors, and good food too. They have 8 TVs. It's a 10-minute (or less) walk from the Diversey Brown Line stop, and bus stops on Ashland, Lincoln, and Diversey.

Spread the word
I was a little worried about leaving Witts, but I stopped in to check it out with Jason and Jared and I really like Rocks. Plus, as of right now, were the only alumni association associated with the bar. I’ve not seen a solely Pac-10 bar in Chicago before so that’s pretty cool. I really hope word gets out because I’d like to see everyone fill up rocks like we filled up Witts.
So if you post on another Ducks message board please help let the other Chicago fans know where to go.
Can't Wait
I just moved to Chicago a few weeks ago….can’t wait to join everyone on Saturdays!!
go ducks!
Rocks
While we were always treated well at Witt’s, I am looking forward to checking out Rocks. I hope to see all the usual Chicago Ducks on August 30. Except for Brad, who’ll be busy embracing his inner hippie at Burning Man.
If you go say hi to Nico for me
He’s doing a marathon of college football that day and will likely be in a friendly mood -
Nico can you wear a flower in your hair so people will know who you are?
I NEVER KNEW
I had no clue that there were so many Duck fans in Chicago this is the third time this week that I have heard about Uof O fans there.

Shame
This year would’ve been fun, seeing how Witt’s always used to fly dual Purdue and Oregon flags. But, erm, I wouldn’t have been there for it (my wedding is that very day).
So if I marry a Duck, does that make me naturalized to the state of Oregon? Do I have to give up my orange t-shirts and coon-skin cap? Or is it the opposite (please don’t make her grow buck teeth and find a newfound respect for NASCAR)?
Go Ducks. Go Vols. See y’all Saturday night.
