Salty?
For the second time Miller described our secondary as salty, in context it means something like good. I always understood that salty meant annoyed (and a quick urban dictionary backs me up). Any one know where he's getting this from?

Experienced
According to a google search, one definition is: “Experienced, especially used to indicate a veteran of the naval services”
I have heard it used in a similar fashion, such as, “Buck prefers salty players who show good face.”
Military Slang...
Mostly used in the Navy/Marines. Used to describe someone who has been in the service, and for the most part out at sea, for so long that they became “salty.”
ie. “a salty war dog”
