Make sure you're registered to vote
Registration ends soon in most states, Oct. 14 in Oregon (click here to check registration deadlines for your state). If you're unsure whether you are registered, or if your information is up to date, the Obama website can tell you (and I'd bet the McCain one could tell you as well).

You can probably hit any DMV...
And they can make sure everything is up to date.
Also, if you have an xbox 360, you can register to vote – seriously.
It's spelled "S-h-u-f-e-l-t"
Here's a link to the Xbox 360 thing

This isn't a problem for me now...
…but what’s Oregon’s protocol on changing your mailing address on voter registration?

DMV
That’s the simplest way. You can even call them up, and they’ll send you a registration card in the mail.
You’ll have to send it back though.
But if you swing into a DMV, just say you moved and need to update your voter registration.
It's spelled "S-h-u-f-e-l-t"
Post offices and libraries
Pretty sure you can get registration cards there.
Oregon is awesome
I love the mailin voting, makes it much easier for voting, wish they had that here.
GO DUCKS!!!!
No kidding
It was kinda fun watching CNN during primary season as they praised Oregon’s execution on important elections and mail-in ballots.
