Bryce McNeal Reported To Commit To Clemson

Several online sources (Rivals, ESPN) are claiming that McNeal will commit to Clemson today. The 4-star WR from MN was considering Oregon, Minnessota, Colorado and Clemson after decommitting from Michigan earlier this year.

Keep in mind, this isn't official yet.

Related - #1 rated safety recruit Craig Loston has stated his intent to attend LSU. Oregon was on his short list, along with Alabama, though the Ducks were at best a long shot as Loston's cousin is also playing for LSU.

I wonder if any of this has to do with CK? Or maybe the fact that Pflugrad won’t be back as WR coach (considering we’ve lost 2 WRs).

"When Bellotti attempted to shake the hand of Oklahoma State quarterback Zac Robinson after the game, Robinson offered his left hand. His right was swollen and battered from the Ducks' defense."

Dream connection?

Tajh Boyd and Bryce Brown just connected for a long TD in the US Army All-American game…Boyd’s second TD pass of the game.

The ATQer formerly known as Seattle Quacker...oh yeah, I hate the wings.

I hope

that somehow they both end up at UofO.

I saw the same thing and started to see both of them in Eugene.

That would be a pretty site.
Sucks that we lost another WR but WR is a position that I think is easier to fill with athletes than anywhere else on the football field. This might help sway Chris Harper into staying if he is guaranted a starting WR spot? I dunno just wishful thinking on my part.

To go out and ruin somebody's dreams like that, it feels real good," Oregon receiver Jaison Williams.

Harper

I’m more worried about the KSU QB declaring for the draft opening up that position. But if he starts in the slot I would be happy, the the idea of it should be inciting to him.

I think there's something about being the last official visit

McNeal went to Oregon before he saw Clemson’s campus. It’s all about impressions. Whatever impression Oregon made may have been compromised by timing.

Always sucky to lose out on talent, but I’d rather get hyped for that new JC WR (Lavasier Tuinei, who’s 6-6) than focus on what might have been.
