Media Wednesday - The Pick Heard 'Round the World
Mark Sanchez has moved onto the NFL but it was just 2 years ago where he was charged with leading the USC Trojans down the field in the waning seconds of the 4th quarter. USC was down by 7 and the Oregon Defense had to come up with a way to stop the storybook ending. There was a storybook ending alright, it just wasn't for the Trojans.
I would be remiss if I didn't add this video as suggested by PaulSF. Apparently Pete Carroll didn't appreciate Mike Bellotti challenging his challenge.

Rec'd for fellow high school student on ATQ during class :)
On Halloween; USC will die, Matt Barkley will cry, and all of the little bandwagoning Trojan fans will shout "WHY!?"

I feel as if I have been convicted of a transgression.
At the very least, It was during screenprinting class, not AP Gov’t

Awesome!
I made that first video like a day after the game. Crazy to see it show up on a blog I read years later!

I think Carroll is saying:
F**k Juju, F**k Juju.
Juju, if you are listening please make him pay for that!!!!!

Does he not understand what he is insulting!?

I do believe
That my dog was scared after we made that pick as I started screaming and jumping up and down like crazy.

I was watching in SoCal with a few USC grads
I was jumping up and down, yelling, my one year old was kind of scared, and the USC guys were just slumped over, scowling at the TV in complete silence. It was awesome.

Sucks that he was doing it to Bellotti...
But you have to admire his competitive spirit. He wants to win everything, and he really seems to be having fun doing it.
I love beating OSU....but nothing is better than DESTROYING the fuskies.

And he HATES MB and UO
He makes it clear how much he likes beating us. Whereas he kind of likes OSU.

It had nothing to do with being competitive
Bellotti outsmarted him, and he was being a whiny bitch about it.
It's spelled "T-A-K-O-T-U-E-S-D-A-Y-S-!-!-!."
I support inroywetrust in his support of The VD Special in his support of me supporting Roger Kieschnick in his quest to becoming the best Kieschnick ever to play professional baseball.

But you have to admire his competitive spirit. He wants to win everything,
You could almost easier make this very case for Bellotti in that situation, and not Carroll. I’m with Tako on this one.

Just remember what the Trojan fans always tell you, kids. Pete Carroll is as classy as they come.
Now 2-0 in Husky Stadium with a win each for LSU and Oregon.
I support Sonja Newcombe for Heisman.

You are spiraling out of control with your quack overdosage
Just too excited about this game, too hyped up on the ol’quack…

I think Matt Daddy has OD’d on quack.
Wow that was bad. Note to self: no more puns after 6 shots of whiskey.

I disagree, there is almost nothing that is off limits and beneficial to others after 6 shots of whiskey.
Particularly in the blog world.
