Help me send this 6'7 285 Goliath to the University of Oregon. At L/R Tackle, Ben is the best Offensive Tackle the state of Wahington has seen in years. With the regular season still underway, Riva already has 350+ pancakes. I'm sure LaMichael James and Darron Thomas would like to see Riva in some green and lighting yellow. Although Riva has verbally commited(soft) to the University of Washington(Huck the Fuskies), I think with great support out of Duck Nation we can change the mind of this Beast they call Ben Riva. Hopefully the 43-19 Duck win over the Dawgs set him staright. So get the word out, we need as many members as we can get. Go Ducks and God Bless!
Tell me what you think.

Not to burst the bubble…
But I don’t even know if Riva has an offer from Oregon. From what I’ve been hearing the Ducks have already got the two offensive linemen they want, and I don’t know that they’ll take any more. Steve Greatwood is a picky man.

Riva has been a solid UW verbal since April or so...
I don’t think he’s going anywhere. He didn’t have many offers, mostly because he took himself out of the running early. He is a beast and I think he’s highly underrated. I’m pretty bent that Rowland chose UO, but I know Sark is pushing pretty hard with the local connections (Cozzeto, our O-line coach has been at ASU and developed a relationship with him a few years back).
Bottom line, Riva should end up a Dawg. I think he’s a hometown kid.
