4-star OL Nick Rowland commits to Oregon
One of the Duck's top offensive line targets this year was Nick Rowland, out of Tempe, Arizona, and he announced earlier today that he is solidly committed to the University of Oregon. Oregon received his commitment over a number of other Pac-10 schools, including Washington, Arizona State, and UCLA. Scout has him listed as the third best guard in the country. He already has great size, at 6'-4" and around 300 pounds, and will likely flourish under Jim Radcliffe and Steve Greatwood.
Right now, Oregon has two offensive line commitments, Rowland and center Hroniss Grasu. Both of these players should fit into Oregon's system very well, and will continue Oregon's excellence on the offensive line. GO DUCKS!

So does he get to play at oregon
or is he going straight to the NFL? Goodness he is big.
Best game in Autzen??
No kidding, also according to his scout bio…
Nick Rowland says he can bench 365-pounds, squat 480 and claims a 24-inch vertical jump.

and he wants to improve his speed and quickness. Yeah, he’s gonna be good.

I support inroywetrust in his support of The VD Special in his support of me supporting Roger Kieschnick in his quest to becoming the best Kieschnick ever to play professional baseball.
Could this be our Offensive line in a few years?
LT Everett Benyard, 6’7" 326 lbs
LG Nick Rowland, 6’4" 300 lbs
C Hamani Stevens 6’4" 290 lbs?
RG Carson York 6’5" 285 lbs
RT Derrion Weems, 6’5" 302 lbs
Best game in Autzen??
I cant tell the future
actually Weems lost some weight recently. This is all I have
Best game in Autzen??
Screw the spread
With that line? Power I formations and mow people over. Yikes.
I wouldn’t want to be working the buffet line when those guys come through.
I feel the need, the need...for speed!
Our QBs and RBs are going to go deep into debt
To feed those boys after they get 100-yard rushing games EVERY WEEK.

Seriously...
I always thought he was a very good recruiter, maybe even a great recruiter

The masses have spoken, Kevin Prince it is!
Oh, you know, husky fans that want to crow about Sark….

I think it is hilarious reading husky fan comments
Go to the husky blog or the Seattle Times, good laughs had by all Oregon fans, they are talking Rose Bowls and National Championships over there. I think they need to focus on winnning some close games first.
I think an overrated Notre Dame team put them in their place
Not to mention they have already lost another Pac-10 game. I don’t even remember who they lost to! Thats how insignificant UW is in my eyes!

Stanford I believe

Husky fans are not taking this very well....
I guess they are starting to realize this won’t be a one season turnaround.
Husky Fans are disappointed...
… but he was considered a strong ASU lean before. We were only in on him because we hired Erickson’s OL coach this year. He’s going to be very good, but we are still in on some other four-star levels. We’ll survive.
Speaking of surviving, rumors are flying that Masoli tore his ACL. Is he out for the year?
Damn, my eyeball tastes good.
We hired Erickson's OL Coach??
Did Greatwood vacation to Arizona or something? Our O-Line coach hasn’t changed in a decade…
Gekko is a Husky fan.
Addicted To Quack [dot] com; Six-hundred and ninety-four yards of total offense.
No ACL tear
Just sounds like a bad sprain and since we’ll need him for the UW-USC-Stanford trifecta after the break it makes sense to sit him.

It’s a bruise….
At this point Masoli said he knows only that the knee in bruised on the inside of the joint, in the area of the medial collateral ligament. He said cutting side to side was difficult, and though he said "I’ll be fine," he expects to back up Nate Costa against UCLA on Saturday.

I'm glad he sounds positive.
Hopefully two weeks off will be sufficient time to heal up. Get well soon J-Mas
