Harper in Wichita for Bryce Brown Announcement. Good or Bad?

PrintBob Rickert of OregonLive.com has been posting Bryce Brown updates throughout the day. His latest blog claims that Oregon QB/WR Chris Harper will be in attendance for Brown's announcement Monday at 10 a.m. Pacific.
Rickert claims a media colleague of his in Kansas believes it may be down to Oregon or Kansas State...which raises two questions. Is Harper there to support Brown's announcement for Oregon? Or, is Harper intending to announce his plans to transfer to Kansas State where we could be a teammate of Brown's?
Here is Rickert's latest post.
It would appear that Oregon stands to win big Monday morning, or lose big. Winning big = landing a top-ranked RB recruit and putting to rest any notion that Harper may be transfering out. Losing big = no Bryce Brown and losing the talented Harper to a transfer.

Here I was, completely not stressing about it. So lame of you to post this. This just fuels it both directions doesn’t it. I think whatever Bryce chooses, Chris is known to be close friends with him. Besides, it gives Chris a good chance to go home for a bit before spring practice. Rickert breaks it down pretty well.
I would hate to lose Chris but if his heart isn’t in it, there is no sense in him sticking around.

Finals week begins today...he could have finished early
…and is just heading home for a couple weeks to be with family and friends. I’m trying not to read into this news for basically that reason.
With any luck, he does sign with us and we’ll have an even more potent offense this year than last year. If he doesn’t…we make do with what we have, which is still a helluva lot.

Except that I seriously doubt Bryce Brown is going to pick Kansas State.
Harper is there to support his friend, and to visit family.
