We left off with JJ running down the sideline @ OSU. UCLA is up next and the Ducks were looking good in green black black. UO 31 UCLA 24.
Masoli had to carry the load for the ducks rushing for 170 yards!
Dixon made it to the game. He has already got one super bow ring!!! As for the uniforms the black looked good at night but it would be out matched by the combo for the Arizona game.
ASU came up next and we saw a new combo white white yellow some refer to it as the banana look! UO 54 ASU 20
I like it. I think if the duck got rid of the grellow helmet and had yellow helmet white top yellow bottom i think that would look really tight!! On a side note ASU wasn't wearing there gold bottoms. Could that be because the Ducks were wearing there yellow bottoms???
Then came cal. All white was looking amazing!! The first time we saw this was @ UW. the green looks darker in that pic.

My favorite combo of the year. what a wet day!! i had to stand the whole game so my legs Wouldnt be soaked!
Arizona= all black. We saw new uniforms plus a new black helmet. The black towels for the fans and the black flag really made it all come together. It makes me wonder if that the old unis will be replaced by something similar to what we saw in the Arizona game.
I cant decided if i like the wings or not. how about you?

Since we already did Oregon state now were off to the Holiday bowl vs Oklahoma state. We already saw this combo this year vs UCLA but there are some great shots!!

the flat black helmets look tough. I like the black unis but the wings? I’m just not feeling it. The great thing about those black Unis is the simplicity black and silver with just a little yellow outlining the number is perfect why put the wings on? Besides they look more like hawk wings than duck wings. We did the diamond plate do we really need the wings?
I know its Padilla and he is giddy about everything
but look at the smile on his face. They love it. I can’t say if its the unis, debuting the unis, or just running onto the field, but it is great.

I cant stand the wings. Why not just dimond plate them also?
Diamond plate = fairly lame
Wings or feathers = USFL lame
Love all the color combos
Love the green and white helmets; like the black and yellow helmets
Love the Bellotti Bold font numbers
Hate it when players names don’t contrast with the unis
Love that the players are helping design the unis
Love that I can share my opinions, despite the understanding that until the Ducks employ a strategy to recruit 40-year-old marketing executives, my opinions on the Oregon uniforms don’t mean squat.

I completely agree but I’m of the orange and black persuasion which definitely taints my opinion on the matter, so it’s nice to read this here. I always try to get duck friends of mine to admit this but they never do… well, some do anyway.
Can’t you guys do a throwback? You know, with the original colors at least? Those were the days…
