Has SBN got to this point?
Look here. But yeah I would say you’ll be fine.

yep, you should be able to get in. I highly recommend looking into the scholarships they have available. They don’t take a whole lot and can end up saving you a ton of cash.

If that doesn't get you in, I don't know where the hell I could go.

Since we are on the subject.
Do you guys know anyone in the Grad school for education? :) Looking to apply there in a few years but from the post above it is never too early.
PS I don’t know too much about undergrad admissions but good luck with the acceptance.
To go out and ruin somebody's dreams like that, it feels real good," Oregon receiver Jaison Williams.
An application like that, starting looking at Oregon State
Better education, more fun, overall greater place to be :)
I support Takimoto in his effort to support Roger Kieschnick in his quest to becoming the best Kieschnick ever to play professional baseball.
Watch out for those blue balls though.

Or, you can go to Wazzu and get your degree in blood alcohol level.
I'm really tired of it not being football season.
You know what I always say
The closest to a 4.0 I ever got was my BAC

You'll get in and you may get $
A 3.0 is a guaranteed admission basically for in-state, especially with those SATs. You may qualify for a small scholarship too…

I hear the standards have been raised to in-state 3.6...

I think it is only 3.4...
but that is for guaranteed admission, you would still have a shot if you are below 3.4.
PADO
And the fact that his grades got progressively better throughout HS
Colleges love that….

Guess you’re kinda screwed, huh?
No worries. You can go to Lane until you get your grades up. Or you can just stay at Lane and tell people you go to Oregon.
Nah, I have a 3.6, though I was not aware that colleges liked progressive improvement particularly.

ya you'll get in
I’m gonna be a frosh there next year. maybe i’ll see you around
"It was like some sort of crazy torture in the movies. How do people do that so long without taking a breath? I think my ears are still ringing."
-Adrian Peterson, describing Autzen
"...out of state"
That could be the only thing you put on your app and you’ll get in. UO loooves out-of-staters. Higher tuition.
Yup, we need the $ frankly....
I’m a Portland State grad student and us too…

Unless Oregon is different, that's not how it works.
Most state schools have higher tuition rates to counter balance the fees that are not payed by taxpayers. That’s what the “extra” fee beyond the normal in-state tuition is suppose to counterbalance. It’s not “extra” money.
Again, unless Oregon is different, the standard and admissions should actually be easier for instate because state schools prefer their own taxpayers. If there is expected to be a reasonably high amount of OOSers, then the state would lower the funding in accordance because there is no need for the funding if OOS are paying for the extras. As such, for funding reasons, public schools prefer their own students.
Want an example? UW…..
Madison. Because UW Madison is expected to have around 20% or whatever OOSers (it’s been a consistent, yearly trend), the state only funds for roughly 80% of the school. In that sense, UW Madison does not get a boatload of extra cash to spend every year. If you don’t believe me, go to college confidential forums. There are tons of people willing to explain.
Hmmmm......
