Dave Libbey, easily the worst referee in the history of referees, is done with the Pac-10. I don't feel bad about any of the transfers anymore, this is the greatest news in the history of news. Have fun with really unnecessary calls in your home gym West Coast Conference!

I think they got that quote wrong though.
A sitting Pac-10 head coach once described Libbey to me (off the record) as thebestworst official in the conference and sometimes he is worse..
ok I changed that around a bit because I hate Dave Libbey. Worst Ref Evaaaaaaaaa!
