Media Wednesday - 18 Years to Go Before Michigan Football Players' Wives Run Off With Drummers
This week's video for Media Wednesday takes us back to 2007. Oregon had a big game coming up against Michigan in the Big House. The Wolverines had just experienced the worst loss in the history of their program but little did they know they would get a pregame pep talk from a most interesting source. Oh, one more thing. Make sure to stick around for "Top Plays" immediately following the opening segment. Some of you may have some fond memories of #5 in that list.

Great pep talk Lou!
Thanks for sending the Wolverines out on to the field the way you did. We had a blast that day!

I literally cannot listen to that man talk. I makes me want to shoot myself.

That pep talk has changed my view of Holtz.
Being able to win so many games after sending a team onto the field utterly confused shows the greatness of his coaching abilities.

Thanks for the Cincy flashback.
Oh, and I hope you have a terrible day.

Is Quinn the drummer that "DR Lou" speaks of?

Possibly, but by "Michigan football players'" he must mean "grimc's sister."

Distance or Quantity?
Quantity, I think the good Doc Holtz has anyone beat. Ask him to talk about Notre Dame football and he can fill a kiddie pool.

Mayock has him on distance
I feel so bad for Mark May every time I see he and Holtz on TV.
May should be allowed to do the show wearing a rain poncho, or holding an umbrella.
I don’t think Dom should be allowed to do Media Wednesdays anymore.

if anyone has a clip or vid that you want to submit, you are more than welcome to e-mail them to me through my profile. Media Wednesdays usually just consist of me having memories and trying to find the corresponding video for that.
On the logistical side, I’ve copyrighted Media Wednesdays. It goes into the open domain in 50 years or if the Disney corporation decides to keep renewing it through bribing lawmakers, I guess you’re hosed
