A little off topic but this is Ernie in the off-season. Unfortunately, he had to undergo off-season surgery to repair a gland on his butt and as a result, he has to wear a cone. He is expected back playing with the team in 1-2 weeks.
He had a rough year last year but we are expecting big things from him in the fall. The ferret agility trials are coming up and he's going to be ready...not to mention fall camp for the Ducks!

Never got the ferret thing. I mean, I saw Riki Tiki Tavi and all but still think ferrets/mongooses (mongeese? mongander?!)/other slinky albino rodents are a little icky.
