I've been looking for something like that for a long time.
It’s pretty similar to the uniform matching thing in NCAA ’10, right?
Addicted To Quack [dot] com; Six-hundred and ninety-four yards of total offense.
Why not:

enter one of our photoshoppers
exit uniform with no wings
uniform with letters instead of numbers
uniform with picture honoring your grandmother who raised you instead of numbers
next year it won’t be player design, it will be design by internet input. each of us will design six square inches of uniform and they will patch them all together, like a peace quilt.
