The "guest picker" has become a tradition during ESPN College Game Day broadcasts.
Last year Uncle Phil was a guest picker for the USC game. There's probably a no-repeat rule, so someone else will have to step up. The rules of selection are unpublished, but the tendency is "local celebrity, preferably athlete/coach, but in all cases widely recognizable, with fairly significant ties to the university / locality, or a compelling personal story plus connection to the team/university", or "actor born within the boundaries of the university's state currently starring in a series airing on ABC."*
Since there is no doubt that, as the finest Oregon blog, the opinion leaders @ ESPN will consider our opinions... who would you like to see?
