I think that the clear #1 and #2 are Ingram and LaMichael James, and I don’t really think it’s that close. At this point, I’d put Ingram slightly above James just because he seems to be a better pure running back. LMJ has great vision and feel for the position, but Ingram is at a level that we rarely see.
I think both backs are gonna be very good in the NFL, and would excel in Oregon’s system.

Good choices
I actually put Trent Richardson up there because I actually think he’s going to be a fantastic NFL running back.
From the NFL running back ratings I’ve seen, they have Ryan Williams as one of the top RBs and I just don’t see it. I saw him at the VTech vs. Broncos game and saw some of his highlight films but I just don’t see he would rate above LMJ, Ingram, Richarson or even Murray.
Polls that aren't really polls are fun.

LOL
I was interested in some actual detailed feedbacks from the Duck fans instead of the normal poll.
I know, I'm just giving you a hard time.
I personally don’t even think Mark Ingram is the best RB on his team.
Trent Richardson is a beast. Cannot be stopped.

Ingram is the best in CFB and will be the best in the NFL.
Worst on that list is…I dunno, Daniel Thomas?
LaMichael is the best in our offense.

I agree with this
The only thing that Ingram has over LaMichael is his size, he’s bigger, can lay on the wood harder and take bigger shots.
Don’t get me wrong, LaMichael is GREAT and one of the best I’ve ever seen. Ingram just has a better running back body.
Quack Quack Bitches.
Three headed monster -
1A – Mark Ingram – to me he seems the most talented back and is on the most talented team. Plus his body of work is unquestionably more admirable. Just look at the list of awards he’s been honored with.
1b – LaMichael James – is the best fit for the system he plays within. Talk about the right man for the job! As a duck fan i get to watchy week in and week out how Chip Kelly and LaMichael James compliment eachother so well. I’ not so sure LaMike would be so successful under a head coach with a different philosophy.
1C – Jaquizz Rogers – in my opinion the most valuable to his team. Quizz is not only the face of Oregon State football, he’s the whole cardiovascular system and every vital organ in it. Imagine how dull beaver football would be without Quiz Rogers.

With all due respect to Quizz, he is not on the level that Ingram and LMJ are on.

His pass catching abilities out of the backfield are much better than that of Ingram and LMJ.

Hey Bill Moos, I want my Ducks on TV! (I think it's your fault, Rable Rable!)
I'm just wondering why James Rodgers isn't on this list.

James is the best college back
It’s pretty obvious Ingram and Richardson will get the most NFL hype. Ryan Williams looks to have good NFL prospects as well, I love his running in the redzone and he’s a tenacious beast between the tackles.
Worst on the list, Dion Lewis. He was good last year, but looks terrible this year. He’s undersized, and not particularly fast or strong. His backup came in and had more yards in one game than Lewis had in 3.
I like Ingram, Richardson, Williams, and James to be high picks (1st to 2nd round). The rest are anywhere from 3rd to 7th round prospects IMO. All will get drafted, but I don’t anticipate NFL stardom for any of them.

I should say I don't expect stardom for the later picks
James, Ingram, and Richardson if healthy will be great NFL players. Williams has a good opportunity as well, but not quite up there with those 3.
