hello.GODUCKS. Long time listener, first time caller.
I lurk on CFB/Ducks forums & message boards quite a bit, but Don't get involved much.
But I love cogent exchanges of 'ball talk", especially with rivalries and bowl season upon us.
But one thing i've been curious about, is if there is an online resource, or a guide regarding mathematical stats that are used to grade rankings, BCS formulas, historical stats & records, etc.
Reading all these salvos of emotionally charged stats from CFB posters lately (mostly with AU UO fans)
It becomes obvious to me that all these fragments of statistical data about teams & players is pretty much worthless when applied in a limited context. Is there a good online resource or discussion board regarding this topic?
