Every one of us Ducks fans are probably starting to crack right about now. We've began to endure the initial tease of the first bowl games of the season. And so far, Some of the "baby brother" bowl games have actually turned out to be good football games. Teams are playing exciting and close games, and surprising fans who were probably only watching their bowl game because they are fiending for any morsel of football. Iowa and Arizona traded multiple turnovers, and the winner was decided by penalties more than the other variables. But it was a fun game to watch. Louisville & SoMiss also kept it interesting with a close-scoring game that included some trick plays & suspense. Hawaii & Tulsa racked up a lot of points in a game that resembled a junior-college version of UO vs AZ.
But overall, I guess my point is that when it's bowl season, It seems like the intangible and the unexpected are more likely to happen. And I've got "that feeling", that regardless of stats, arguments, and records, This sort of 'JuJu' is going to manifest a Ducks Win in the NCG.
Anyone care to highlight some favorite bowl game moments ?
