Pac-10 Championship Open Thread

Since this game involves two teams relevant to your interests, why not have an open thread?  The hated rivals from the North vs the invaders from the South go head to head for the conference auto bid.

Matchups to watch:

Isaiah Thomas vs. Jerome Randle: Both these guys can light it up, but that isn't the reason I'm picking this as the matchup to watch.  You see, both these young men aren't tall enough to take a trip down the street and ride space mountain.  Someone told me watching little people fight is funny, so keep an eye on this.

Quincy Pondexter vs. Patrick Christopher: As many fans from the North will tell you, Quincy was snubbed for the POY award.  The last time he was snubbed, it meant a Mcdonalds boycott, so rest assured that Pacific Life won't be handling his insurance needs anytime soon.  Hope ya don't break a leg, Quincy!  On the other hand, Patrick Christopher looks like Lebron.  That's where his similarities with Lebron end, but I thought I'd point that out.

Max Zhang vs. The City of Los Angeles: Zhang probably won't have a meaningful impact on this game, but rest assured LA should be scared.  If Cal loses, Zhang may run wild on the city like Godzilla.  He's big, he's Asian, he's hard to miss.  Keep an eye on him.

ATQ has been under attack from every angle with the recent news, and since they are directly in the line of fire between UW and Cal, beware.  If you see an intruder from UW, make sure your reply includes either 0-12 or a picture of Locker kissing his mother.  If your friends from the South invade, make sure to tell them that Oregon will be doing some clear cutting to make way for a Matt Court parking lot and watch in amazement as they scurry up the nearest tree in peaceful protest.
