Dixon, Tupou, and Dickson

Quite randomly today I got an email from a rep of the agency that manages Dennis Dixon, Fenuki Tupou, and Ed Dickson. They thought I was the admin of something, not sure how that ended up but whatev.

Anyway, they're launching official Facebook fan pages for each of their Oregon clients and wanted them re-posted, again whatev.

So for those of you wanting to track a couple former Oregon players during their travels in the pros without being too stalkerish tracking them all down, here are the "official" player pages for you wacky kids and your internets using that there facebook thingamajig.

I have yet to receive any sort of paycheck for the title, so I must not have been officially annointed that yet…maybe when I completely finish off uploading my game archives, or reach 2,000 total vids.

I did get a kick out of it when I perused oregongridiron.com the other day and saw that they had added a ton of new content…and about 90% of it was my vids. All this time I’ve been worried about getting a complaint for copyright from the UO, but if they’re going to go ahead and use my vids, plus being a close friend of the current athletic director, I guess I’m ok for now.

Getting very close to being finished with the game archives…I should have everything old uploaded by August, which will mean I’ll be able to just focus on the 2010 season.

Keeerrrttt1, do you have the full video of the 2008 Civil War? I have been searching for it for well over a year now because there’s a couple of things I want to look for within the video that won’t show up on any highlights. I tried to watch it on GoDucks.tv but it says video not found. It’s maddening that I can’t find it anywhere. I really just need the first half.

What do you mean the “full video?”
I have the entire game on DVD, as with all of my footage it comes directly off of the complete game broadcasts.
If you want the individual highlights they’ve already been uploaded, and a few other Duck fans have even compiled footage into highlight reels from that game…if I recall one with good music, one with very very bad music. I meant to do a highlight reel of that game but never got around to it, ended up doing one for the Holiday Bowl instead.

My next highlight video is actually going to be an Oregon fans & Autzen tribute, not a play highlight reel. I’ve got almost all the raw footage compiled I want, just need to edit all the footage and edit some audio together one of these days.

I’ve looked through all the highlights and didn’t find what I was looking for. There’s a specific thing I saw during that game that I’ve been looking for ever since, but it was between plays so it isn’t on any of the highlight reels. I’ve considered buying the DVD; maybe I’ll just do that. It really sucks because all of the other full game replays can be found on goducks.tv, but I guess since they made the CW ‘08 into a DVD you can’t watch it on goducks.tv.
