Duck truck?

So, I'm in Sacramento, and on my commute home this evening, I get on the freeway and immediately spy this truck. Since I'm not a Ducks fan, I figured I'd come over and ask if any of y'all know what it is. Obviously, it's related to your fair school, but is it the equipment truck, or is it just some trucker showing a bit of Oregon pride? Here's a a second photo as I went to pass.
