FYI
There were a lot of top-25 matchups for me to choose from this week. Unfortunately, all of them had large spreads. I also considered the Penn State at Alabama game. But, I decided to drop that game for the Hawaii – Army game because (1) it had the largest spread and I didn’t want three games to be picked against the spread, (2) that would have made three of the five games feature a Big-10 team and (3) the Hawaii – Army game just seemed fun.
Do we know what time the Hawaii @ Army game starts? S six time zone difference could be a factor.

Question.
What if we forgot our password? Does it really matter?
Q: How come Oregon State players haven't gotten in trouble for stealing anything from a frat house?

It does because I need some way to authenticate you are who you say you are. If you forgot your pass phrase you can email me using the link at the bottom of the page.

Army (Hawaii sucks on the road, increasingly so the further east they play)
Georgia (flipped a coin)
Michigan (I can’t root for the Domers, ever, under any circumstances)
Florida State (+8.5) (Big 12 Minus laid huge eggs this weekend)
Ohio State (-9.5) (flipped another coin)

Here we go! Time to lose axemen!
Hawaii – This game is tough, because Masoli 2.0 is coming off of a probable concussion, and Hawaii is a notoriously bad road team. However, Army is not exactly a juggern aut in their own right, and Hawaii can torch DB’s. Ooga Ooga Ooga Chaka Go Warriors!
Georgia – Stephen Garcia won’t have two good games in a row. Crap like that just doesn’t happen.
Notre Dame – I have no faith in Rich Rodriguez’s ability to coach a game.
Oklahoma – It has been so long since FSU has been competent, I just cant believe their hype just yet. Oh yeah, and FSU nopw has their very own Stoops too. Yuck. The Stoops bowl.
ROBO LOCK PICK OF THE WEEK! Y’all can mark this one down as correct. Miami – This game could be a shootout. Ohio State’s self entitled fans that think their defense is god’s gift to Earth will get a cold slap in the face. Jacory Harris is a wonderful QB, and Miami always has the speed to compete. Their speed of defense should keep Pryor contained.

To whom do I submit a pick waiver request?
I don’t know how or why, but my entry on the Week 1 spreadsheet showed I’d selected OSU over TCU.
Not only is there no way in hell I’d pick OSU to win a road opener against a quality team outright, I even said so in the comments from Week 1, which I posted right after I’d completed the form..
I have no idea about most of these, so..
Domerz (No Bolden, no chance for the Boilers)
BYU (Hard to win on the road against a well-coached team full of 26 year olds)
TCU (See above.. "neutral field" HAHAHAHAHAHAHA)
LSU (NC = Team Turmoil)
FBSU (although I’d love to see them lose, FBSU’s offense > VT’s D and VT’s O <<< FBSU’s D)

That either had to be a typo, or a ghost in the machine, or way too much Riesling-Kabinett the night I completed the form. Or maybe I was using the wrong browser.
Anyway, please direct me to the appropriate board member to bribe petition for redress.
Average Score Since 2004: Oregon 42 Washington 17
Just remember Benz, you have the right to petition the board, but it is up to the board to decide if they allow this waiver request. No matter what evidence you have that you are entitled to be granted something. The board’s decision will be final, and there is no appeal process on ATQ.

There are definitely some tough ones to pick this week.
The Fighting Black Knights
The Fighting Partiers in the UGA (I hear the meal plan’s amazing)
The Fighting Forciers oh wait just kidding Tate lol NO COOKIE FOR YOU (but I’m still picking your team)
The Fighting Bowdens-no-more
THE Fighting Nuts
I didn’t hesitate much with my picks last week, but I’m pretty nervous about two of these. In particular, the Rainbow Warriors are apparently number 1 in the nation right now on passing offense — but this game is going to take place at like 3 AM their time, so…. Also, recent conventional wisdom tells me both that I should never pick Michigan and that I should never pick ND.
Getting hit by Eddie "Pleasant" is likely not as fun as advertised.
Agreed on the ND/Michigan thing, the Hawaii game is 7 AM Hawaii time, I’ll bet their coach is getting them up at 4 AM all week long.

Quite possible.
There’s a really good chance that I’ll change my mind on one or both of those two games before Friday, actually. I think Hawaii is quite likely the better team, but they’re not so hot on the road and it’s so stinking early for them. The earliness is pretty much the only reason I’m not picking them, and I don’t know if I’ll still have faith in that come Thursday.
As for Michigan / ND, I actually broke the conventional wisdom last week by picking ND (huzzah!), but both teams looked decent in the first week which is what gives me pause. I think Brian Kelly is going to do great things at ND, but I don’t know that he’ll do them this quickly, and Michigan looked really good in week 1.
These are definitely some tough ones, though.

Harder this week to let hatred decide
Hawaii (You can’t hate Army, but they suck at football)
Georgia (I don’t really care for the SEC in general, so eh)
Michigan (I hate notre lame)
Florida State +8.5 (I hate oklahoma)
Ohio State -9.5 (Pretty strong dislike but not actual hate for ohio state)
I'm so glad the Cheat is not dead
I hate rooting for you to win normally...
but for any bettors out there, you guys opened at 13.5 point favorites…and apparantly people really feel strongly about the SEC this year because enough money has come in on UT to bring the line down to 12.5 already. With LMJ back I really think this should be a 20+ point blowout.
Week 2

Speaking of nonbinariness:
I am one of the only suckers to get on Army. (ProbablyMonty, you are a gentleman and a scholar of probability.)
