We know Auburn runs a No-Huddle, as we do. A recent report says that they have been practicing plays snapping as fast as nine seconds in between, thus it helps them practice it to put the pressure on our defense later.
The question to me is...."is all this enough?" I mean they run the No-Huddle, practice No-Huddle on their own defense, and have had FIVE WEEKS to prepare. It seems to me that this will be the ultimate test of Chip's No-Huddle concept wearing down the opposing team. If we wear down Auburn after all of that....then we will wear down EVERYONE, ALL THE TIME.
This has big implications for bowl games in the future, as we know you can't prepare for it during the season, or even with a two week bye as USC tried. If we wear them down in THIS game with all the factors lined up for them to defeat it, then we can become even more confident in the future.
It'll be very, very interesting to watch.
