ATQ Blogpoll: Wisconsin and Clemson make their move
We're a few weeks into the season, and the national picture is getting even more complicated. The top 10 is full of some very good teams, and all all legitimate national contenders. Two teams joined the ranks over the weekend. Wisconsin layed an absolute beatdown on Nebraska, solidifying their spot as the only real national title contender in the Big 10.
Meanwhile, Clemson has done the exact opposite of what we've come to expect from the Tigers. After some early struggles, they have won 3 games in a row against quality competition, including Saturday's 23-3 beating of Virginia Tech in Blacksburg.
Outside of these two changes, I'm bumping Alabama to the top spot. It's tough dropping LSU, but Alabama has arguably a tougher schedule, and has been more impressive in margin of victory and yard differential. Luckily, we'll get to see this settled on the field, just as we will with Oklahoma/Oklahoma State and Oregon/Stanford. With the top level quality, it's shaping up to be another great year of college football.
The full poll is after the jump, leave your comments and let me know where I screwed up.

1-8 is just a big, jumbled mess right now.
In terms of my complaints with your poll, it’s tough to argue anything, because it’s so unclear who deserves to be ahead of who at this point. I would probably rank Texas ahead of Kansas State and West Virginia ahead of Arizona State.

Crowded at the top
I disagree that LSU should be dropped. I think LSU has played the tougher schedule if you look. Ducks (#3), Miss St. (22ish?), WV (16). Their only easy game was Kentucky, but even that is a league game. Who has Alabama played? I guess FL and Arkansas, so that is no slouch, but I’m also thinking those two teams are little over valued right now. So I would respectfully disagree with that move.
Other than that, hopefully over the next few weeks we’ll see some more shake-up. Only problem with the current scheduling trend (easy early season games) is that you get a bunch of teams that get all hyped up for their records but you haven’t got to see them in good games yet. I think there will be some big time fallout from the top 15 to the bottom of the poll or out altogether (I’m looking at you Texas, Michigan, and Clemson)
