ATQ Spring Game BBQ and Tailgate: Location

Hey everyone! Just a reminder that the ATQ Spring Game BBQ and Tailgate is going on this Saturday for the Oregon Ducks Spring Game! I'm happy to report that we have a location all picked out where we can meet up, have some laughs, make fun of Dave and otherwise have a grand old time. If you haven't signed up yet, please do so here. The location is south of Autzen Stadium, near the Eugene Science Factory in what is officially Alton Baker Park.

We're still finalizing the details but that's where you should plan on showing up. Remember, there is no parking at that specific location (even if it looks like there are cars there). You'll need to park in an approved lot and migrate over! Look for more details and a nice summary later in the week.

So if I'm correct in reading the map

it’s at the normal meeting grounds for ATQ during the fall, right?

Is there anywhere to park that you don't get booted right after the game?

I want to do some sightseeing with my boys after the game.

I would park somewhere near campus, and walk over the river to Autzen.

that would be nice, I’ll check. Most of the places I would have thought to park now have buildings… and they didn’t ask me.

Want to know how tight CIS majors are? Fly around with Google and the only building on campus that still has a generic name is the “Computing” building.

I’ll be watching the game on ESPN and I’m sure there will be updates on ATQ about the festivities.

i’ll make it if i can but my team may have semifinals on campus during the game. if it’s a night game i’ll be able to make it. should i rsvp anyways?

I’ll be driving down there and bringing my best friend and my little brother. This will be their first live football experience of any sort.

I’ve gone past Autzen once or twice but never tried to park anywhere near it. I’m a little concerned that if I can actually find someplace to park, I won’t be able to find my way to to the party, or back to my car afterward. I’m going to aim for getting there around 11:00 AM. Any suggestions?
