How, who or what determines WHEN a team reports to fall camp?
I see Alabama reports on Friday. LSU on Saturday, some teams next week, the Ducks on Monday. Certainly the NCAA in their infinite wisdom has some sort of schedule determined but I can't figure it out.
Any clues?
