Tony DiFrancisco reports that Oregon has offered WR Julian Brooks, who yesterday de-committed from Arizona. Brooks is 6'2" and 185 lbs according to Scout.com. He runs a 4.5 40 and has good hands. He is also reportedly a physical wide receiver who is very good at blocking, which would fit right in with what Oregon does offensively. With at least two Oregon targets committing to Washington today (Shaq and Shane Brostek), don't be surprised if another surprise name or two shows up on Oregon's radar in the next 24 hours.
