Victory parade for the Ducks in Eugene/Portland ?!
Our Ducks made history not just for Eugene but the entire state of Oregon ! It's high time we recognize them with a victory parade and fan fest in Portland for the victorious Mighty Ducks ! I have'nt heard of any celebration being planned either in Eugene or Portland. It's high time we recognize this squad and the coaches and the staff with a celebratory parade and fan fest. It'll be great to give an opportunity for Duck fans to meet the team and coaches.

We should start a parade in Portland
and have it travel all the way to Eugene going 118 MPH.

Eugene and Portland are a good start
But like you said, this is a great moment for the whole state. There should also be a victory parade through every city/town with a population greater than 54,000 as per the 2010 Census.

Well, in a sense, kind of, there's already been a HUGE victory parade, sort of.
This E-mail came last night from a friend who’s on a six-month multinational research project:
“I wore your Ducks shirt in Norway, Sweden, Luxembourg, Qatar, Turkey, Spain and Portugal. The webbed feet are flying high and wide.”
Wonder what they thought of it in Qatar. (No photos, alas.)
Life is a sport: Watch other people play it.
In Eugene, our 'mayor' proudly proclaimed Monday, January 9 as the day to celebrate the Duck's Rose Bowl victory...
at 8:00 pm on the evening of January 9th….how sweet of her.
