It's really nothing anybody needs to know, which makes it strange that he would spend time writing it.... Although, Mullens is masterful with some interesting, all-encompassing language - for example, the guide includes "fans" of Oregon Athletics into their definition of a "Representative of Athletics Interests" (page 6). Further, the document claims that "Once identified as a representative of athletics interest, an individual or business retains the status forever."

Mullens explains that we now have a badge of Honor & Respect from one of the highest University officials.... Nobody can drain us of our green blood. Ha.... No, no he doesn't Dinkus.
