Here are the Las Vegas opening lines for games across the Pac-12 Conference for the week of November 12-17th. There are some major conference title implications this week, especially in the South division.
Note: Vegas Lines listed are "opening lines". As of this writing, California vs. Oregon State and Arizona vs. Utah lines hadn't been released. We'll update the post when they become available.

Arizona vs. Utah
Stanford vs. Oregon (-24)
USC (-3) vs. UCLA
Washington (-21) vs. Colorado
California vs. Oregon State
Washington State vs. Arizona State (-19)

Kansas State (-10) vs. Baylor
Notre Dame (-22) vs. Wake Forest
Pac-12 Championship Game Scenarios
USC gets in if they beat UCLA.
UCLA gets in if they beat USC.
Oregon gets in if they beat Stanford or the Ducks defeat OSU and Stanford loses to UCLA.
Stanford gets in if they beat Oregon and UCLA.
If Oregon loses to either Stanford or Oregon State (not both), there is a good chance Oregon will go to a BCS game as an at-large team and that would make 4 straight BCS appearances. That's just unreal.
