Women of Oregon dominate the Indoor Championship, win 3rd consecutive national title

Domination.

That's the fitting word for the Women of Oregon's performance at the Indoor Championships in Nampa, Idaho. Oregon scored 49 points--19 points ahead of Kansas, the second place finisher, to claim their third consecutive national championship, and the athletic department's 19th national championship overall.

The headliners were Brianne Theisen, who won the pentathalon title for the third year in a row, and English Gardner, who won the title in the 60M. Its worth noting that Oregon doesn't even have an indoor track facility, but the rumor is that its next on Uncle Phil's wish list.

Congratulations to the Women of Oregon!

If you want to watch some of the performances, the replay is up on ESPN3.
