It's not looking good for DirecTV customers. This letter is either a last ditch effort by the Pac 12 Net to get DirecTV to cave to what they want, or the Pac 12 is really not confident they are going to get a deal done. Personally, I think sending this letter out to fans shows the negotiations have broken down and there is little hope of a deal getting done.
