Bryan Fischer, a sports writer for CBSSports.com, notes that the Oregon Notice of Allegations from the NCAA should be coming sometime during the upcoming season. In another conversation with a follower, he did confirm that he was hearing that directly from the NCAA/Oregon. ------------------------------- Charles Robinson of Yahoo Sports has also been talking about the notice of allegations and where things stand. Robinson has no predictions on what will happen with the NCAA case because, like most of us, he sees it as the weirdest case he's ever followed, mostly due to the length of the investigation and lack of movement. He also goes on to say that Chip will definitely survive this whole situation at Oregon. Another interesting note is not IF the Willie Lyles relationship matters but HOW MUCH it matters in the eyes of the NCAA.
