The Ducks released their 105 man camp roster today and Rob Moseley reports several new additions, including junior college running back Bill Chimphalee from Kenai, Alaska. Chimphalee is a 6'0, 215 lbs running back and will have two years of eligibility at Oregon. Not a lot is known about him at this point but he is the type of bruising, change-of-pace back that will add depth and versatility to the Oregon backfield. You can watch his video highlights here. It looks like he does a lot of blocking out of the backfield and on special teams, which is always integral to Oregon's run/return game. He's also an early front-runner for the "best name on the team" crown with news that Axel McQuaw is NOT on the 105 man roster. According to Moseley, other walk-on additions include freshman running back Lane Roseberry (6-1, 230) from Bly, freshman linebacker Dawson Housley (6-3, 200) of Eugene, and junior offensive lineman Hushun Smith (6-3, 323) of Los Angeles.
