Oregon Ducks Recruiting: Tyree and Tyrell Robinson re-open recruitment in wake of Chip Kelly news

Tyrell and Tyree Robinson have re-opened their commitment after the news that Chip Kelly is leaving. They are said to be considering Ohio State, Notre Dame, and USC in addition to Oregon.

Panic is echoing throughout the streets of Eugene given Chip Kelly's decision to leave Oregon for the Philadelphia Eagles. One of the major points of question is that it is three weeks to national signing day, and a lot of people are wondering what kind of impact this will have on Oregon's recruiting class.

It's worth noting that the Ducks only had 13 commits at the time of Kelly's announcement. One of the unique things about Oregon is that despite the national success, they are one of the youngest teams in the country. The Ducks had 70 freshmen and sophomores on the roster last season--there weren't exactly a ton of open spots to fill in the class. Still, there are some pretty stellar names, and its a legitimate question as to how many of them may consider bailing.

Most speculation is centering around twins Tyrell and Tyree Robinson. Both are four-star athletes and are projected as linebackers or safeties. Both have already opened up their recruitment, and have been offered by Ohio State since the Chip Kelly news. They are also being pursued by Notre Dame and USC, though Oregon is said to still be in the mix. The twins are two-sport athletes, being highly-rated basketball recruits as well and were going to suit up for the basketball program as well, so if they defect, it could reverberate far outside of Autzen.

Also, Notre Dame appears to be wasting little time:
