Chip Kelly has tested the NFL waters, and once again chosen to stay at Oregon. This was first reported moments ago by Adam Schefter.

Chip Kelly considered Eagles but ultimately decided it was better to stay at Oregon.

This was further confirmed by those close to the UO Athletic Department.

Chip spent a lot of time with both Cleveland and Philadelphia, but in the end, decided to stay at Oregon. Hopefully we'll hear some more specifics of just what happened in the coming days, but for now, it's time to celebrate!
