Oregon Men's Basketball: Open Thread Vs. Cal Poly

Scott Olmos-USA TODAY Sports

Ducks play their final match in GS Hardwood Classic against the Cal Poly Mustangs

Oregon looks to continue it's winning ways as they take on their final opponent in the Global Sports Hardwood Challenge as they face Cal Poly.

Last night, the Mustangs came close to toppling the Pacific Tigers, falling 73-71. In that game, Chris Eversley tallied a double double with 22 points and 10 boards.

On the other side of the court, Oregon has been taking care of business winning both of their games in the Challenge by double figures, last night beating North Dakota by 15.

Oregon needs to defend tightly on Kyle Odister who is a career 39.4% three point shooter and has no issue with letting it fly from long range. The rotation needs to be crisp as does the communication. Both of these have been issues for the Ducks to this point in the season and they will be provided with a decent test against the Mustangs.
