I am blown away. I was so focused on the Xs and Os of the game (with the sound turned off) that I whipped through all of the examples given in this referee analysis when viewing the game again—and I missed them. Now, I am stunned at the total level of incompetence, and not from the play that everyone reviews! I cannot recall so many examples that went against Oregon that were WRONG in a game of such magnitude. We at Oregon lost a shot at the NC while all our conference members lost untold millions to balance the budgets. If you read nothing else, please read the concluding paragraph and tell me if I’m over-reacting.
