If you don't know who Kyler Murray is then just let me start by saying, he's a beast. ESPN ranks him as the number 1 dual-threat QB in the country. Dude puts up crazy numbers and would fit in perfect at Oregon.
Just see for yourself...
Murray set his decision date for May, 28th and it looks like it's between Oregon and Texas A&M.
So why do I think he'll commit to Oregon?
1) I read a rumour somewhere that after Murray set his decision date he contacted the Ducks coaching staff.
2) Kyle Allen. He was the number 1 ranked pocket passer last year and just enrolled at A&M. Why go to a team where you're not guaranteed the started job. Obviously he's not guaranteed the started job at Oregon but his chances are a hell of a lot better(so you would think) at Oregon. With that said he'd probably win the starting job at A&M anyways.
3) what are the odds of having TWO QB's transferring? The timing seems just right as well.
4) I'm sure this doesn't mean much but why hasn't the Ducks offered Travis Waller yet? Most people think he'd come to Oregon if offered.
With all that said the odds of him coming to Oregon are still pretty low. His dad was a QB at A&M, supposedly he stays in contact with Johnny Manziel, and Texas is his home state.
Anyways, what do you guys think, am I right? Will Murray back his bags and become a Duck? I hope so anyways.
