If you haven't seen it, this (http://sports.espn.go.com/ncf/preview07/columns/story?columnist=schlabach_mark&id=2980407) is a pretty interesting read on the most over/underrated teams of the last 10 years.  

Good news for the Pac-10, it was BY FAR the most underrated conference, with Wash St. being #1 and good ol' Oregon #3 most underrated teams of the last 10 years.

What is also good about this article is how it shows just how important the preseason polls are.  I cannot stand preseason polls and how they determine rankings at the end of the season.  Basically, if two teams have one loss at the end of the season, 90% of the time, the one that started out higher in the polls will end up higher, regardless of the games played.  Because of this, it shouldn't be a surprise how the Pac-10 has been screwed by the BCS over and over.
