- Thanks to DannyDuck on the OregonLive forum for this nugget. Akili Smith is the backup quarterback for the Calgary Stampeders of the CFL. He wears his green and yellow every day, much to the chagrin of teammates Ken Simonton and Brandon Browner.
- Looks like former Duck punter Josh Bidwell has written a book. Apparently, its about his Christian faith. If you're big on religion, you may want to check it out.
