Well, it's definitely becoming that time of year, where news is sparse, and we get to retread the same things we talk about every offseason. Here's the few interesting things floating around:
- Well, Oregon baseball's season ends (finally) on Sunday. Oregon has lost 24 of 26 and will finish the season in last place in the Pac-10. It hasn't been easy, that's for sure. But the team has kept going. And hopefully that will translate into more wins at the completeled PK Park, next season.
- KVAL 13 has a video news segment on the regrowth of Oregon track, which has come a long ways under Vin Lananna and Galen Rupp. It's very exciting to see Oregon retake its place on the national stage, and see Hayward Field be an exciting place once again.
- Rob Moseley is on vacation out East, and stopped by Chip Kelly's old stomping grounds. Apparently his drink is Corona.
- Nationally, Doc Saturday is running through his previews of next season, and previews national contender Virginia Tech.
And....that's pretty much it. Have a great weekend everyone, and make sure to leave any links you find. For those of you that may not comment very often, signing up for an ATQ account it incredibly easy, as you can use your OpenID or Yahoo account instantly. GO DUCKS!
