Day 2 started off as expected with USC handling Cal in the early game, and Arizona making quick work of the Beavers. The real intrigue and excitement came in the later games as Oregon used an efficient and attacking offense to jump out to a 20 point lead on the #2 seeded Bruins. In the final game, Klay Thompson putting on a shooting display scoring 43 points and setting the Pac-10 Tourney record, but it wasn't enough as the huskies probably ended any hope for WSU to get an at large bid to the NCAA's.
Tonight's games got interesting today when reports came out that USC coach Kevin O'Neill will have to watch the game from a hotel bar. Hopefully, he'll be careful who he talks to.
Of course the rubber match between Oregon versus Lashington doesn't need any extra intrigue.
Talk about the games here. GO DUCKS!
