Oregon regains the second spot in the SBNation BlogPoll this week after their dominating offensive display against USC. Alabama retains a stranglehold on the #1 spot with 74 first place votes. At #3 Kansas State has five first place votes, compared to two for Oregon.
As with the ATQ ballot, there wasn't a lot of movement at the top of the BlogPoll, though several teams made big jumps in the teens. UCLA moved up seven spots to #18, though one spot behind Nebraska who they beat head-to-head. Texas moved nine spots to #20, while Northwestern and Rutgers each moved up seven spots to enter the poll at 24 and 25 respectively.
Overall there are five Pac-12 teams in the top 25, with Oregon State (13), Stanford (16), and USC (21) also in the poll. Arizona and Washington also received votes.
In the department of meaningless information, this is the first week ATQ wasn't in the top five for the "Swing" award, or any other awards for that matter. To read the full list of results and awards, go HERE.
