After roaring through their NCAA regional at Matthew Knight Arena without dropping a set, the Oregon women look to advance to the Elite 8 of the volleyball tournament by taking down the #12 seed BYU Cougars.
The game plan will be the same – look to serve well and capitalize on outside opportunities with stars Alaina Bergsma and Liz Brenner – but the Ducks must cut down on the service errors in order to have a chance against the veteran BYU squad.
Should Oregon prevail, they will play the winner of the Nebraska-Washington match on Saturday afternoon, with that game scheduled to be on ESPNU.
Will the magical season end here for Jim Moore's Fighting Ducks, or will they march on to a possible date with Washington in the Elite 8?
