When I watched Stanford nearly lose to San Jose State, I chucked to myself and kind of checked out on the team, assuming that they were starting to fall off the table and the loss of Andrew Luck was going to be devastating. Fast forward a couple weeks and they've become the number 8 team in the nation and have dispatched Duke rather handily and upset the USC Trojans on national television. Their run defense is holding teams to under 42 yards per game.
The Washington Huskies have a similar resume except instead of getting that signature win against a ranked opponent, they got destroyed and dismantled by LSU. How will Stanford handle the Husky passing attack? Will Washington's defense step up and somehow stop the physical nature of the Cardinal offensive?
Talk about the game here and at least try to remember the community guidelines.
